Tradegig
Role Sole Visual Designer and Illustrator
Tradegig is a service bartering site where services are “bought” in exchange for other services. They had a basic site structure in place and needed help with Visual Design. I created Design Comps and Illustrations on the logged in and logged out state. Since the target segment was mostly young college-age students, I wanted to create a design and illustrations that was quirky, playful and friendly. The client appreciated the creativity of the designs and also on-time delivery

Outcome
Site was launched using these designs in 2013. After that site went through a redesign. It was eventually retired and replaced by a FB page.
"We had the privilege of working with Manisha a few months ago. We hired her as a freelancer to redesign the look and feel of our website. We had the structure of the website already set up, but we needed to improve upon the UI/UX aspect of the marketplace. For the next 45 days, she worked tirelessly with us to get all design tasks completed. Her work was thorough, and she didn't take any shortcuts. She was upfront and gave us her humble and honest opinion about various design choices. While her portfolio is thin, her client service skill is superior. I would recommend her to anyone considering her for their design work."
